|Buttermilk Pancakes with Peach Topping|
For the peach topping
2 Cans of Peaches (1 well drained)
1 Tablespoon of Brownsugar
1 cap of lemon juice (or 2 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 tablespoon of butter
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
Place all ingredients in medium sauce pan. Stir occasionally and heat until ingredients have thickened and cornstarch has completely dissolved (About 10-15 minutes.) Pour desired amount on pancakes.
